Defender Okoye new at Dartford

Dartford's latest signing is defender Marc-Anthony Okoye- and he made his debut in Kent Senior Cup defeat against Bromley on Tuesday evening.

There was rather an irony in the opponents, as Marc used to play for Bromley- and indeed announced his retirement whilst a Raven, in November 2019. He came through the youth ranks at Bromley, and then came our way, playing for Dulwich Hamlet and Merstham. He went on to play for Braintree Town before becoming a Bromley boy, and made his decision to retire after being troubled by persistent knee injuries. 

It's good to see him fit again. The Darts have announced that he has signed on a non-contract basis.
