Kember is the new Chief Spark

South Park Reigate defeated Badshot Lea to hold onto their unbeaten home record last night- and that must have been a boost for new boss Rob Kember, who was announced as taking the role shortly after full time.

You'll remember Rob from his time in charge at Chipstead, from where he departed at the end of the 22-23 season. He had held the top job at the Chips for four years prior to his resignation, and his side equalled the Chips highest ever Isthmian finish in 21-22.  He was previously a fine footballer with Bromley and Crawley Town.

Rob is a Uefa B qualified coach and the head coach of the Sporting Excellence Group.
