Sach is back!
Striker Bradley Sach returns to Canvey Island
Canvey Island fans were delighted yesterday when their club announced the return of striker Bradley Sach. Bradley left the club for Chatham Town in the summer, and he has made eight appearances.
Bradley was a youth at Boreham Wood, prolific in front of goal. He spent time at Grays Athletic on loan before signing permanently at Potters Bar Town, where he scored two goals in three matches during 2017-18, played forty seven times the following season, and made another thirty eight appearances- with nine goals- during 2019-20. He then moved on to Aveley, scoring three in ten during the very short 2020-21 campaign, before joining Bowers and Pitsea, where he was a big part of their run to the First Round of the FA Cup and their match at Lincoln City. He scored seven goals for Bowers during the 21-22 season, in twenty one appearances, before making the move to Canvey in January 2022.
His ten goals in seventeen matches helped the Gulls to North Division promotion, and he got another twenty three in forty five matches as they returned to our top flight, his efforts helping them to reach the Play Offs. Last season saw him score sixteen times in forty five matches.
