A big match for Grays- and a Community Day, too

Free admission for lots of people, free gifts, stalls- and some rather crucial points on offer as Athletic host the Trawler Boys

Grays Athletic have a big Community Day on Saturday, with FREE ENTRY and free gifts for all Under 16's, and free entry for Blue Light services, NHS Staff, Military personnel and veterans. They will also give free gifts to the first one hundred and fifty adults through the door, and there will be all sorts of stalls and other events, too, but we suspect that what happens on the pitch will be even more important if perhaps much more stressful.

Athletic kick off with a three point gap between themselves and the drop zone, whilst for their visitors that gap is two points. They are both competing to avoid that final relegation spot with Mildenhall Town, who are at home to Walthamstow, and Takeley, who travel to take on Brightlingsea Regent.

On the final day of the season Athletic travel to take on Gorleston, who may need the points as they fight for a Play Off place, whilst the Trawler Boys welcome Brightlingsea Regent. Takeley are at home to Wroxham, whilst Mildenhall have a trip to Felixstowe and Walton United to look forward to.
