A couple of Cray debutants as Sanogo and Unadike arrive

Seidou Sanogo and William Unadike are new Wanderers

Cray Wanderers brought in Seidou Sanogo and William Unadike prior to Saturday's trip to Enfield Town- and both emerged from the bench with fifteen minutes to go.

Forward William signed on at Ipswich as a schoolboy in the summer of 2023, and signed a two year scholarship in the summer of 2024. The striker played for the Under 18 side at Portman Road, and had a spell at Lowestoft Town last season, playing eleven times and scoring three goals, before a spell at Heybridge Swifts, playing four times. He left Portman Road in the summer.

Seidou was last with us when he played for Folkestone Invicta, playing twenty three times with eight goals during 23-24. After leaving the Stripes he went on to play for Taunton Town, Truro City, Hanwell Town and, most recently, Walton & Hersham.

Seidou moved to Invicta from Chatham Town, where he played a big part in their Pitching In Isthmian South East 22-23 title win, playing thirty four times and scoring four goals- each of them in victory. He went on to play sixteen times for the Chats in our top flight during 23-24 before his move to the Kent coast.

He played eight times for Corinthian-Casuals prior to his move to Chatham, and during the 21-22 campaign he turned out for East Grinstead Town, playing twenty times and scoring three goals. He has also spent time at Westfield in Pitching In Isthmian South Central.
