A Deans double

A Deans double

Lamin Jatta and Sam Pearce are new arrivals at Horndean

Horndean have added two new faces to the club- although we're not sure whether both of them will be playing!

Lamin Jatta has already played South Central football this season, for Moneyfields, playing fourteen times and scoring once. He played his last game for the Moneys at the start of November. He joined the Moneys from Bemerton Heath Harlequins, where he scored 5 times in 24 outings whilst playing for his new Deans boss Shaun Hale.

He previously played for Fareham Town, AFC Portchester, US Portsmouth and spent time in Thailand with Samut Prakan City.

Sam Pearce joins the management team- but we're not sure whether he has hung up his boots or will also be taking on a playing role, as he is (or was) a rather accomplished defender. He has played at a much higher level, with the likes of Salisbury, Farnborough, Havant & Waterlooville and Gosport Borough. He has also spent time at Bognor Regis Town, Fleet Town, Moneyfields and AFC Portchester.
