A Hardy boy for the Chats

Chatham Town have brought in goalkeeping reinforcement in the shape of Charlton Athletic Under 21 player George Hardy.

George played youth football for both Notts County and Rotherham United, where he was part of the Under 16 side before joining Wolverhampton Wanderers as an Under 18 three years ago. He moved up to the Under 21 side at Molineux before joining the Addicks this time last year.

This isn't his first spell in senior football. Whilst at Wolves he had a loan spell at Highgate United of the Midland Football League, and played eighteen times before being recalled.
