Dequane Wilson-Braithwaite makes a Cheshunt debut

Cheshunt gave a debut to defender Dequane Wilson-Braithwaite in their midweek County Cup win (seven-four!) over Ware.

Dequane spent time with Hastings United this season, playing ten times. He has also spent time with Bedford Town. Last season saw him play for Royston Town, and you might also remember him from his time with Enfield Town.

He played for both Potters Bar Town and Carshalton Athletic in the Pitching In Isthmian Premier during the 21-22 season, finishing the campaign as a Robin. He also spent a short time with Maldon & Tiptree, for whom he doesn't seem to have played at all after joining from St Neots Town.

Dequane spent two seasons at St Neots, having previously played for Potton United. He spent three years at the Tottenham Hotspur Academy between the ages of twelve and fifteen, after which he was snapped up by the Luton Town Academy. He also played briefly for Welling Town in the Southern Counties East Football League.
