A pair of Rooks fly in

Lewis Finney and Hassan Jalloh are the latest Lewes arrivals

Prior to Saturday's match against Horsham, Lewes announced two new arrivals.

Lewis Finney has been firmly in the goals for Haywards Heath Town in the SCFL this season.

You might remember him from his spells at Burgess Hill Town and Lancing. He got eleven goals in forty appearances for the Hillians during 21-22, another ten in forty one during 22-23, and six in thirteen last season, before a move to Heath. So far this season he has twenty one goals in twenty six appearances, if the FA website is correct.

He became something of a legend at the Lancers in a rather short time, scoring goal after goal, including forty nine during the unfinished 2019-20 season. He previously played for Haywards Heath during the 2018-19 season, and has also played for Eastbourne Town, amongst others.

Hassan Jalloh, a forward, has scored once in fifteen appearances for Pitching In Isthmian South Central side Rayners Lane this season, and has also turned out for Northwood. He previously spent time with Hayes and Yeading United and Royston Town, and also turned out for Havant and Waterlooville. There was also a short spell at Herne Bay during 22-23, where he scored three goals in seven appearances.
