A pair of Wands

Josh Williams and Nathan Jeche are the latest Cray Wanderers debutants

 

Cray Wanderers had two second half debutants as they lost narrowly at Cray Valley PM, with Josh Williams and Nathan Jeche making their debuts. 

 

Winger Josh moved from Hampton and Richmond Borough to Wands Pitching In Isthmian Premier rivals Lewes in August, and indeed was with the Rooks as recently as Saturday. He has played fourteen times this season, and scored in the Bank Holiday Monday win over Whitehawk. He spent a very short time with Hampton after a fine 23-24 season with Whitstable Town in the SCEFL, where he scored eighteen goals and delivered eighteen assists. He previously played for Chatham Town and Sevenoaks Town.

 

Nathan Jeche, another forward, was previously with Queens Park Rangers- and indeed was named Development Squad Player of the Season at the end of April, although he left Lotfus Road in the summer and has since been with Hemel Hempstead Town.  He came through the ranks at Maidstone United to make his first team debut for the Stones at the end of the 22-23 campaign,  and has also had spells at Fleet Town and- recently- Snodland Town, where he scored four goals in three matches.
