A Payne for Cray

Cray Wanderers have announced the arrival of Alfie Payne, who makes a move from Dulwich Hamlet. 

Alfie played thirty five times for Hamlet last season. 

The midfielder came through the youth ranks at Norwich City, playing both Under 18 and Under 23 football and having a rather successful loan spell at Kings Lynn Town, and after leaving the Canaries he went on to sign for Braintree Town, move back to Kings Lynn, and then return to Braintree in the summer of 2021 for three successful years, culminating in promotion at the end of 23-24. He then headed to St Albans City when they were still in National League South before that move to Hamlet last summer.
