A Swifts double

Heybridge Swifts have announced the signings of Jamie Bennett and Samuel Adetiba.

Forward Samuel first came our way- briefly- during the 19-20 campaign, when he played for Northwood. Prior to the Woods he was a Woking Under 23 player and turned out for Oxhey Jets. He has since played for Harefield United, FC Romania,  Stansted and Cannons Wood- and we think he spent some time with Swifts in pre-season prior to the 23-24 campaign. 

Defender Jamie Bennett has spent time at Walthamstow, and played for Brightlingsea Regent in our Premier Division during 20-21, with twelve appearances and one goal, and 21-22, where he played sixteen times. He also turned out for Tilbury, and spent some of the 22-23 campaign with Coggeshall Town, playing twenty two times. He spent last season at Basildon United, playing thirty one times.
