A Waight for Borough
Joe Waight makes a scoring Haringey debut
The Haringey Borough faithful saw a new player emerge from the bench in victory over Redbridge on Saturday- and saw him make a scoring start.
Forward Joe Waight was rather prolific for New Salamis last season, scoring sixteen goals in twenty three games- including two against his new club at the end of March. He joined the Salamina midway through the campaign after being similarly prolific for Wembley in the Combined Counties League, and was previously at Reading City- and with Reading as an Academy player. He spent the summer with National League South side Aveley before starting this season at Bowers and Pitsea, where he played three times.
