Agyemang new for the Hornets

Prior to Saturday's FA Cup tie against Virginia Water, Horsham announced an addition to their squad, Montel Agyemang making the move to Sussex after his departure from Margate.

Midfielder Montel came through the ranks at Leyton Orient, making his first team debut for the O's before heading our way for the first time, on loan at Grays Athletic. He played twenty seven times for Grays during the 2015-16 campaign.

He went on to play for Maldon and Tiptree, East Thurrock United and Wealdstone before heading to Welling United, where he remained for two and a half years until, as we approached the 21-22 campaign, he signed for Gate. He made a colossal fifty two appearances during that season, and then spent a season with Billericay Town, playing thirty six times. He was back at Hartsdown Park last season, but suffered a serious injury early on which kept him out for the rest of the campaign.
