Akinnibi makes a scoring Baggies return

Prior to Sunday's match with Guernsey, Badshot Lea announced the return of Kareem Akinnibi- and what a return it was, as he got two equalisers- the last ten minutes into added time- to earn his side a point.

Kareem has spent this season with Marlow in Pitching In Southern Premier, and this is a dual registration move. Last season he made twenty eight appearances and scored twelve goals- including four in his last three appearances of the campaign. On that basis, he now has six goals in his last four Baggies matches!

He originally joined Badshot Lea at the tail end of 2023, making the move from Metropolitan Police 

Kareem joined the boys in blue in the summer of 2023, and scored eight goals in his twenty one appearances last season. Prior to his time with Met he spent time with Tooting & Mitcham United, coming through their youth sides before making nine appearances during the 22-23 season and one during the previous campaign. He moved on to Redhill, where he was rather deadly in front of goal. He has also played for Chessington & Hook United and Sutton Athletic.

He has made ten Marlow appearances, scoring once.
