Allen and Oduwa are new in the City
Iffy Allen and William Oduwa are deadline day arrivals for Cambridge City
Cambridge City added two new faces before the transfer window slammed shut.
Iffy Allen and William Oduwa are the new arrivals.
Iffy started the season with Whitehawk, but only played once before heading to AFC Sudbury. He has since been with Hashtag United, playing three times.
Last season he was with St Albans City, who he joined in the summer of 2024 after a spell at Dover Athletic. He also had a loan spell at Needham Market last season.
You'll perhaps also remember the winger from previous Isthmian spells. He was with us at the start of the 22-23 season, when he played ten times for Carshalton Athletic, whom he joined after a short spell with Hampton & Richmond Borough.
He moved to the Beavers from our very own Lewes, where he made twenty eight appearancesduring the 21-22 season, scoring twice.
A youth with Fulham and Barnet, he also has Isthmian experience with Kingstonian, Wingate & Finchley and Dulwich Hamlet, and away from our ranks has played much higher up the pyramid, for Yeovil Town, Aldershot United, Wrexham, Torquay United, Ebbsfleet United and Maidstone United.
William has played for Potters Bar Town this season, making thirteen appearances and scoring once. More recently he has played five times for Hendon.
He has also played been with Farnham Town this season, and spent some time so far south west he was almost in the sea, playing for Cornish side Mousehole in Pitching In Southern Division One South. He made three appearances by the sea, each of them finishing three-nil, two of them victories!
He has previously played in Ireland for Finn Harps, in Slovakia for Slovan Tomasovce, and, nearer home, for Kentish Town.
