Allsopp, Young-Coombes and Huke are the latest Robins
A new trio for Carshalton Athletic
Carshalton Athletic announced a trio of new arrivals prior to returning to winning ways on Saturday.
Eddie Allsopp came in from Wingate and Finchley, where he has been since early January, playing nine times and scoring once.
Eddie came through the ranks at Phoenix Sports before moving to Charlton Athletic on an initial two year deal back in 2018, and was part of the Under 23 squad before leaving the club in the summer of 2021. He had a loan spell at Barking, and then went on to play for Faversham Town, Eastbourne Borough, Herne Bay, Bowers and Pitsea and Sheppey United.
The 23-24 season saw him play for Chatham Town, nineteen times, and for Folkestone Invicta, eighteen times. Last season saw him turn out twenty nine times for Lewes, scoring five goals, before moving to National League South Hampton & Richmond Borough in the summer.
Forward Nathan Young-Coombes had a stellar youth career, playing for England at Under fifteen, sixteen and seventeen level. He played youth football for Crystal Palace, Chelsea, Glasgow Rangers and Brentford, winning the Scottish Youth Cup whilst north of the border and making the first team squad on numerous occasions whilst with the Bees. He also had a loan spell at AFC Wimbledon, and then went on to play for Wealdstone.
Ryan Huke comes in on loan from Farnborough. He came through the Academy at Charlton Athletic, and indeed played with the Addicks until the end of last season. Whilst at the Valley he won the London Senior Cup twice, and the Professional Development League Two South title.
The midfielder joined Farnborough in the summer, and has made nineteen appearances so far.
