Angels defender becomes an Ite

Sheppey United have completed the dual registration signing of young Tonbridge Angels defender Joe Tyrie.

You'll remember Joe from his spells at Sittingbourne. Last season he was immense at the heart of the Brickies defence, making thirty seven appearances as they reached the Play Off Semi-Finals, and he also played seventeen matches during the second half of the 22-23 season, when he was on the losing side only three times. 

He also had time with Faversham Town during 22-23, playing twice, but it was as a Brickie that he shone. 

Joe came through the ranks at Angels, and has played at Under 18 and first team level.
