Asamoah of the Abbotts

Waltham Abbey have signed Billericay Town's Richard Asamoah on loan, in a deal scheduled to run until November 16th.

Richard actually signed for the Blues from the Abbotts, in May 2023. He was rather prolific for the Abbots during the 22-23 season, managing thirteen goals in only twenty seven appearances (twenty four starts). He also managed six goals in fifteen appearances during the 2021-22 campaign. 

He came through the Kinetic Academy, and has previously spent time with Woodford Town- indeed, scoring seven goals in eighteen appearances for Town during the 21-22 season before his move to Cappershots. 

He has made five appearances for the Blues this season, and that followed forty seven last season.
