Chambers new at the Chats

Chatham Town have signed Lewis Chambers from Pitching In Isthmian Premier rivals Bowers and Pitsea- although despite saying that he was available for selection at Chichester on Saturday he didn't appear in the squad.

Lewis was a big part of the Bowers side which won promotion last season, making forty one appearances and scoring five goals- and he has another nineteen appearances this season. His last match for Bowers was in defeat against his new club on December 28th.

Prior to his time with Bowers, Lewis played for Sittingbourne, making thirteen appearances at the start of the 22-23 campaign. he was previously with Faversham Town, making thirty five appearances for the Lilywhites during 21-22, to add to the twenty nine he made in the previous two seasons. He was also with Sittingbourne during the 2019-20 campaign.
