Chelsea man Wade in at Hamlet

Saturday saw a new face in the Dulwich Hamlet squad, with Shaun Wade coming in on loan from Premier League side Chelsea. He played the first half in a draw at Whitehawk before being replaced by Nyren Clunis.

Winger Shaun started his career in the Academy at Bristol City before moving to Stamford Bridge as a youth, and then went on to play for both the Under 18 and Under 21 sides. He has also had a loan spell with the Under 21's at Derby County, but so far as we can see this is his first spell in the senior game.

He has played for the Republic of Ireland at Under 16 and Under 17 level, and has won the Under 17 Premier League Cup with Chelsea.
