Cotton for the Ites

Sheppey United prepared for the weekend by bringing in Fin Cotton on a dual registration deal from Whitstable Town. 

Midfielder Fin was a Charlton Athletic youth who was also at Chatham Town before transferring his allegiances to Millwall, where he played for both the Under 18 and Under 21 sides. The 24-25 season saw him move to Whitstable, and he won the Supporters Player of the Year Award, making forty four appearances- and, of course, lifted the FA Vase at Wembley. 

He has made another thirty seven appearances so far this season, and departs with the Oysterboys a rather incredible seventeen points clear at the top of the SCEFL Premier Division and odd-on favourites to return to our South East Division next season.
