Tyler Cox arrives at Kingstonian

Prior to the weekend's fixtures, Kingstonian announced the arrival of Tyler Cox.

Tyler has been with Whitehawk this season, playing five times, but he was a Play Off Finalist with Leatherhead last season, his fifty one appearances with ten goals a big part of the Tanners success. Perhaps that's why K's boss Scott Harris stated:

“When a player like Tyler becomes available, you have to try and make it happen, and he was really excited to come and play with this group. He will be a massive addition."

Prior to his move to Leatherhead, Tyler was at Sutton Common Rovers. He was the first name on the Rovers team sheet during the 22-23 season, making more appearances than anyone else. He played thirty eight times, and scored two goals- both of them crucial, as his side defeated Merstham and then won their promotion/relegation Play Off match against Crawley Down Gatwick. He was previously part of the Pitching In Isthmian South East promotion-winning squad at Herne Bay at the end of the 21-22 season.

He joined Bay from Ashford Town. He also previously spent time with Lingfield, who play in the SCEFL.
