Fumnaya Shomotun is a Millers debutant

Cray Valley PM boss Steve McKimm has borrowed Fumnaya Shomotun from his former club, Tonbridge Angels- and gave him a debut from the bench in the Millers one-one draw with Billericay Town on Saturday.

Fumnaya, a midfielder, was a youth player with Brentford and Barnet, before becoming a full time Bee. Whilst at Barnet he had Isthmian loan time with Staines Town and Margate, and went on to play for Hayes & Yeading United, Wingate & Finchley and Kingstonian. Midway through the 22-23 season he arrived at Sevenoaks Town, and was an enormous success in a creative role, playing twenty two times and scoring six goals during that first campaign and following that with thirty appearances last season, when he scored four goals. He was picked up by Dartford, then in National League South, in January- and went on to play sixteen times before signing for Angels in the summer.
