Della-Verde new in Blue

Brentwood Town have announced the signing of winger Lyle Della-Verde, who makes the move after a season and a third with Cray Valley PM. He joined the Millers in the summer of 2023 and made twenty four appearances- with five goals- as they won the Pitching In Isthmian South East title. he has made another sixteen appearances this season. 

He joined Cray Valley from Enfield Town, after two years in North London. Lyle, who spent his youth career with Spurs, Southend United and Fulham, spent time with Bristol Rovers, Fleetwood Town, Crawley Town, Concord Rangers, Dartford, Braintree Town, Kingstonian, Haringey Borough and Hayes & Yeading United before first signing on at Enfield Town. He made fifteen appearances- and scored four goals- before the 2019-20 season fell by the wayside, and had managed another five goals in twelve before the 20-21 campaign fell apart, at which point he headed to Welling United before returning to Donkey Lane. The 22-23 season saw him play thirty seven times and score eight goals- which followed twelve goals in the previous campaign.
