Dryer has a Tanners debut to remember
Tom Dryer makes a second half entrance for Leatherhead- and scores two goals
Leatherhead brought in Tom Dryer from Woking, introduced him at half time as they trailed three-one to Three Bridges on Tuesday night, and he promptly scored two goals to earn them a point- and to preserve an unbeaten away run stretching back to the start of last season.
Tom has arrived at Fetcham Grove for three months- but you've seen him before. He spent time on loan at Westfield last season, played twenty three times, and scored eleven goals- including a second minute opener as Field defeated the Tanners in November. he was also at Woking Park briefly in 24-25, playing six times and scoring once.
Prior to that Tom was so impressive for the Cards Academy side during the 23-24 campaign that he won award after award at the end of the season, and in the summer of 2024 he was promoted to the first team squad. He made a first team debut in the National League Cup against Derby County Under 21's in January 2025, and signed his first professional contract back in March this year.
