Edwards is a Spark once more

Shamal Edwards returns to South Park- and scores on his latest debut

South Park Reigate celebrated the return of Shamal Edwards from Westfield in midweek- and he took only forty minutes to score.

He left the Sparks for Field as recently as the end of January, and played ten times, scoring once.

Prior to his trip to Woking Park Shamal's twenty nine matches for the Sparks brought thirteen goals. He also managed six goals in fourteen matches after joining the Sparks in February last year, having previously been with Rayners Lane, where he played nineteen times and scored once.

Forward Shamal had previously been with AFC Croydon Athletic, where he played eight times last season. He moved to the Rams from Lane's South Central rivals Farnham Town, where he won promotion, the League Cup, a golden boot and scored goals galore. He was previously with Tooting & Mitcham United, where he played for the first team and earlier for the Under 23's, and he has also played for Bedfont Sports and Chalfont St Peter.
