Even more Oaks!

Even more Oaks!

Jordan Perrin, Jefferson Aibangbee, Landi Kurti, Michael Hagan, Ayo Majek and Salim Futa are new at Sevenoaks Town

Sevenoaks Town have added even more players to their squad, as the 24-25 campaign fast approaches.

Goalkeeper Jordan Perrin is first up.

Jordan spent some of last season with Erith & Belvedere, playing twenty five times, and then moved on to play for Whitstable Town. He was previously with Herne Bay, a big part of their South East Play Off win during 21-22, when he made thirty nine appearances, and he remained with the club during 22-23's Premier campaign, playing thirty eight times. Whilst with Bay he scored against Three Bridges during December 2021, and picked up our Golden Gloves Award in April 2022.

Earlier in his career he was an Arsenal youth, before heading north to play in Lancashire for Wigan Athletic. He played for the Under 18's and Under 23's, and also spent some time on loan for FC United of Manchester and Stockport Town before heading south once more. He moved to Sittingbourne, making twenty eight appearances, and appeared briefly for Whitehawk.

Jefferson Aibangbee, who was with Faversham Town last season on loan from Sheppey United, is next up. The winger missed a great deal of football during 23-24 after picking up a nasty injury with the Lilywhites, and also spent time with Whitstable Town during 22-23. He previously played a big part in the Ites promotion to our level during 21-22, and went on to play twelve times and score four goals during 22-23. He previously spent some time at Rusthall.

Landi Kurti played for Sutton Athletic in the SCEFL last season, and also spent some time with Faversham Town. He was also with Athletic during 22-23, and previously played for SC Thamesmead and Welling United. We believe he's a forward, but we're not entirely sure!

Michael Hagan spent last season with Corinthian, and scored. fourteen goals, but you might remember him from his time with Sheppey United. He was a big part of the Ites squad which won promotion to our level at the end of the 21-22 campaign, and made nine appearances at our level during 22-23.

He also played for Punjab United, Erith & Belvedere and K Sports.

Ayo Majek, a midfielder, first came to our attention with Molesey during the 2018-19 season before moving on to play for Marlow and then Cray Valley PM, where he made nineteen appearances during 22-23. He spent last season fighting relegation with Corinthian Casuals, where he played twenty six times. He can also play at full back- and we've also seen him listed as Ayo Majekodunmi and Ayomide Majekodunmi which is really rather confusing when you're trying to do solid research!

Emmanuel Oloyede, a midfielder, spent time with Beckenham Town last season, playing four times and scoring once, after playing a big part in Chatham Town's 22-23 Pitching In Isthmian South East title win, scoring fourteen goals in forty five appearances. He ended last season in the SCEFL with Whitstable Town, where he scored twelve goals in twenty seven matches, and was previously with AFC Croydon Athletic.

Finally, Salim Futa- or Ahmed Salim Futa, to give him a grander title- was with Corinthian last season, making forty appearances. The full back was part of the Corinthian side relegated from our South East Division in 22-23, when he made twenty seven appearances and scored twice.
