Former Wand new at the Lane

Rayners Lane gave a debut to former Cray Wanderers midfielder Anthony Cook in victory over Harrow Borough on Tuesday, and he immediately got himself onto the scoresheet.

Anthony has been at Wands since 2021, and has already made twenty two appearances this season, scoring four goals. That followed forty eight appearances and twelve goals last season, forty five- and a Play Off Semi-Final appearance- with eight goals during 22-23, and forty six with fourteen goals as Wands just held on to their top flight status in 21-22.

Anthony previously played at National League level for Dulwich Hamlet, Welling United, Woking, Ebbsfleet United, Bromley, Chelmsford City, Braintree Town and Dagenham & Redbridge. He also played for Cardiff City at youth and reserve team level.
