Frimpong for Regent

Midfielder Christian Frimpong is the latest arrival at Brightlingsea Regent, and made a debut in Saturday's FA Trophy defeat against Brentwood Town. 

Christian spent last season with Wingate & Finchley, and he played forty one times as the Blues had a superb campaign. His last match for the North Londoners was the Play Off Semi-Final against eventually-promoted Enfield Town. 

He moved to North London from Needham Market. He came through the ranks at Swindon Town before playing for Braintree Town in the National League, and then spent time with Lewes and AFC Sudbury. A spell with Chelmsford City in National League South followed, before he signed for the Marketmen during the 22-23 season.
