Haydon goes from Shots to Rocks

Bognor Regis Town gave a debut to attacking midfielder Haydon Vaughan on Saturday, and he played a big part in their win over Cray Wanderers.

Haydon comes in on loan from National League side Aldershot Town, the eighteen year old having signed for the Shots in the summer. He moved to the Rec from Bracknell Town, having impressed in the closing stages of the Pitching In Southern Premier season for the Robins whilst scoring nine goals and delivering nine assists. He also had a spell on loan at Sandhurst Town in the Combined Counties League last season, and was similarly impressive, scoring seventeen times and providing eight assists- and twenty six goals in a season, and all from midfield, tells its own story!

He has a two year contract at the Recreation Ground, and you can see why they offered it after forty three goal involvements during 23-24!
