Hedley heads to Leatherhead

Leatherhead have announced the signing of Badshot Lea defender George Hedley.

George played forty eight times- and scored  an impressive seven goals- as the Baggies adapted well to the Pitching In Isthmian South Central Division last season. One of those goals was in a win over the Tanners at Fetcham Grove- but we're sure the home faithful will forgive him that- eventually!

George was a big part of the Baggies elevation to our level, playing thirty seven times- and in several different positions- as they were runners up to Raynes Park Vale in Combined Counties Premier South at the end of the 22-23 season. That followed twenty two appearances in 21-22, and a dozen before the 19-20 season came to a premature end.
