Highlights: Ashford United 3 Harrow Borough 1
The Nuts and Bolts deliver a Replay triumph
At Homelands, Ashford United and Harrow Borough met again after a one-one draw on Saturday. The Nuts and Bolts had scored seven times in their previous three matches, so certainly knew where the goal was- but they started off by conceding one, Leo Sery putting Borough ahead from the spot on fourteen minutes. The hosts responded immediately, charging up the other end where Max Walsh equalised, and eleven minutes before half time they went ahead, Gary Lockyer scoring for the third match in a row- and his third goal of the season. Any Borough hopes evaporated when William Moses added a third for the hosts on sixty five minutes- but at least they’ll now get to play against someone who aren’t named Ashford, having played each of their matches so far against United or Town.
