The Scholars bounce back to earn three fabulous points
All credit to Potters Bar Town. After Saturday’s humbling at the hands of promotion hopefuls Dover Athletic the Scholars travelled to Kent to take on another fancied side, Dartford- and on this occasion not only did their defence hold firm, but at the other end Steve Cawley did the business, scoring what proved to be the winner on thirty six minutes. The crowd was nine hundred and sixty five, and the home contingent saw their side press and press but end the day with nothing, the brilliance of keeper Seb Stacey a big part of that outcome.
