Ten man Rocks make the impossible possible!

Dulwich Hamlet had been having rather a rough time, with one win in ten, but they welcomed a side having an even rougher time, bottom side Bognor Regis Town having taken two points from the last thirty available- and it got even rougher for the Rocks after less than a minute as Luke Wanadio gave the hosts the lead. Bognor really have had no luck this season, and a red card for Amadou Jallow on twenty minutes reduced their chances still further- and yet the ten men struck back, Lewis Beale levelling six minutes later. Hamlet quickly regained the lead, Ralfi Hand making it two-one, and six minutes before half time Hand struck again, three-one. On sixty six minutes the Rocks got another, Tommy-Lee Higgs scoring for the fifteenth time this season and bringing it back to three-two, as well as prompting many of the two thousand, two hundred and sixty eight watching to begin biting their nails. Three minutes from time the ten men drew level, Jasper Mather with the equaliser, and in the last minute the impossible became possible, Higgs making it four-three to the Rocks!

Bognor are eight points from safety but will take real heart from this result, whilst Hamlet are six points clear of the bottom four- although have played two matches more than Whitehawk and Hastings, who are nineteenth and twentieth.
