Burgess Hill Town picked up their first League win of the campaign (they have only played twice) at Eastbourne Town, winning their Sussex derby comfortably. Dan Perry got the opener on thirteen minutes, and when Dan Hull was sent off for the hosts twenty minutes later their uphill struggle became as steep as the walk to nearby Beachy Head. Hitman Perry added a second just before the hour, and five minutes from time the visitors rounded off victory with a goal from Alex Brewer to go eleventh.
