Farnham hold onto their 100% record- but they have to work hard for victory
Farnham Town, who had a perfect record after six matches and had averaged more than four goals a game, hoped that the boys in blue didn’t manage to lock them out as Met Police came to town. Any attempt at a lock out lasted only three minutes before Owen Dean scored his tenth goal of the season to put Town ahead, and on the half hour Shay Brennan, who scored five in midweek, made it two. Met weren’t about to roll over, and they halved the arrears just before the hour, Wilson Bernal with the goal, but they couldn’t get an equaliser, and Farnham’s lead is extended to five points.
