The K's may not have had a manager, but they still picked up three points
Kingstonian, in third at kick off but without a manager after yesterday’s shock news, travelled to take on sixth place Hayes & Yeading United. The K’s were licking their wounds after somehow turning a three-one half time lead into a seven-four loss at Ashford Town in midweek and then losing their manager, too, and they went behind on twenty seven minutes, Hani Berchiche with the opener for the hosts. The visitors levelled nine minutes after the break, substitute Palace Francis with the equaliser, and seven minutes from time the always-deadly Eddie Simon grabbed a winner- his fifteenth goal of the season.
