It was nice to see Hendon back with us, and the Greens welcomed newly promoted Bowers and Pitsea to Silver Jubilee Park. Both sides had very positive 23-24 campaigns, but it was the visitors who made the best start to this one, Rohdell Gordon opening the scoring nine minutes before half time with a free kick. The Greens drew level on sixty five minutes, Joe White with the equaliser, and seven minutes from time the home faithful were delighted when Kai Omoko Brosnan delivered the winner.
