Merstham welcomed Erith Town, both sides hoping to end the evening in the top five- but neither of them did. The visiting Dockers, hoping to get back to winning ways after two defeats, went ahead nine minutes before half time- Ollie Milton with his sixth of the season- but they couldn’t hold that lead until the break, Aaron Jenkins equalising in added time. Try as they might, neither side could manage a breakthrough, and the result leaves them eighth and seventh, separated by only goal difference.
