Highlights: Ramsgate 4 Lancing 1
Joe Taylor takes his tally to thirty one as the Rams remain two points clear at the top
Ramsgate got back to winning ways in style as they welcomed struggling Lancing, a first half goal blitz enough for a comfortable victory. As usual it was a Joe Taylor day, the Rams skipper making it two-nil with goals on nine and twenty six minutes, and Roarie Deacon quickly added a third. A red card for the visitors Knory Scott made a Lancing comeback even more unlikely, and it was no surprise when Billy Munday added a fourth four minutes before half time. Two minutes before the end Emmanuel Abudiore got a consolation for the visitors, but sadly for the travelling fans it made little difference to the outcome, even if it was rather important to the Lancers substitute, who had only been on the field for ten minutes.
Ramsgate remain two points clear at the top- with Taylor up to thirty one goals in twenty nine matches. The Lancers are five points from safety.
