Town ruin Lane's unbeaten home record
Farnham Town were on the road to Rayners Lane hoping to start another winning run. Lane had lost their previous three, and were down in fourteenth place, but had been very good on their own patch- the only side in the Division yet to lose a match at home. The hosts started well, making the breakthrough on fourteen minutes through Elliott Buchanan, but Farnham were quickly level, Owen Dean doing what he does best for the seventeenth time this season. Five minutes before the break a foul on new boy Jordan Gallagher gave Dean the chance to score again from the spot, and it was a chance he took, two-one at the break. Fifteen minutes from time Great Evans added a third for the visitors, and on eighty one minutes it was four, Darryl Sanders putting the visitors out of sight. They were even further away soon afterwards as Gallagher- of course- got a debut goal to make it five, and then Jack Marney made it six! That was that, Town still three points clear at the top.
