Welling boost their survival chances- whilst the Robins go fifteen without a win
Bottom side Welling United welcomed Carshalton Athletic, the visitors only one point above the drop zone- albeit seven points clear of their hosts. The Robins started well, Luke Read putting them ahead from a long way out on nine minutes, but Wings were soon level, John Ufuah scoring his fifth of the season, and they went ahead for minutes before half time through Dean Gunner. It was a lead they were to defend throughout the second half, and three points lifts them to twentieth- four points behind their visitors with two games in hand.
