Keeper Shamshoum new at the Blues

Grays Athletic had a new keeper on show as they took on Walthamstow on Saturday, and he had a sadly miserable afternoon as his side crashed to a four-nil defeat.

Luis Shamshoum was a big part of the Great Wakering Rovers side which reached the FA Vase Final at Wembley in May, and this season has been with another of our former clubs, Hullbridge Sports.

He has been our way previously, spending time with Hashtag United, and also played for Billericay Town during their National League South period, as well as turning out for White Ensign. He has played international football for Palestine at Under 19 and Under 23 level.
