Legg and Marney are new at Farnham Town
Elliott Legg and Jack Marney are Farnham reinforcements
Prior to their weekend trip to Leatherhead, Farnham Town added two new names to their squad.
Elliott Legg, a defender, joined the club from Bracknell Town. The full back spent a few years with the Robins- and has also played for Binfield, Marlow, Hayes & Yeading United, Reading Town, Hitchin Town and Hungerford United. Elliott was previously an important part of the Robins squad that earned promotion to the Isthmian League in 2017-18, and was part of the Moles side which reached the FA Vase Final in 2021.
Jack Marney has been with Phoenix Sports, making three appearances this season after joining in the summer. Jack, an attacking midfielder, previously joined Sheppey United in November 2023 but played only once. He went on to play for East Preston, and had been at AFC Croydon Athletic, making eighty nine appearances and scoring twenty four goals.
He spent time with Merstham during the 2019-20 season, and previously played some Isthmian youth football for Whyteleafe.
