Merchant makes a Westfield debut

Westfield gave a debut to defender Dylan Merchant on Friday night, and he played his part in victory at Sutton Common Rovers.

Defender Dylan is perhaps best remembered for scoring the winning goal as the Horsham were promoted to the Premier Division with Play Off victory over Ashford United at the end of the 2018-19 campaign, and managed two more in his twenty appearances during the 19-20 campaign. He was with the Hornets from September 2018 to June 2021. 

He previously played for Whyteleafe, Walton Casuals, South Park and Chipstead- and more recently has been with Langley FC in the Combined Counties League.
