Mulley the Villain

Hanworth Villa gave a debut to midfielder Ben Mulley in victory over South Park Reigate on Saturday- and he had a fine start to his Villains career, scoring six minutes from time as his side came from behind to take victory.

Ben might be new to Villa, but he isn't new to the South Central Division. He was with Marlow until recently, and of course played an enormous part in their promotion- via the Play Offs- last season, even scoring in Semi-Final victory over Westfield. He made forty seven appearances with seven goals last season, and that followed thirty eight with two goals as they reached the Play Off Semi-Final the previous season, although he might not want to be reminded of that Semi-Final defeat, as the victors were…Hanworth Villa. 

Prior to his time with Marlow he was at Slough Town, where he played mainly for the Under 23 side. He joined Slough from Windsor, and was earlier a youth player with Maidenhead United.
