New stadium deal for the Pitching In Isthmian League
Lytle Associates Architects become our new Stadium Design Consultants
The Isthmian League have this week signed a partnership with Lytle Associates Architects for them to become the Stadium Design Consultants to the League.
This is the first time that the League has entered into a partnership with a firm of architects, and it is a new step forward for the architects, who were the advisors to Farnham Town FC as a Step 5 Club, and who have previous experience of advising clubs in the Combined Counties League.
Ground grading has been refreshed by The FA- which has worked with the Premier League Stadium Fund which is now based in the FA offices at Wembley. The Stadium Accreditation Committee is now a Committee in its own right in the National League System, where it was previously a subcommittee of the Alliance Committee.
League Chair, Nick Robinson, commented:
“This is a natural progression with Stadium Accreditation taking on such vital importance for all of our 88 Clubs. We have seen the work which the Lytle Associates Architects prepared for Farnham Town Football Club and wanted to make their services available to all our clubs.”
Lytle Associates Director, Richard Wilkinson said:
“We have really enjoyed working with Farnham Town Football Club in the past to help unlock their potential -and believe that we can do so much for the clubs in the Isthmian League who want to progress and develop their grounds.
As well as the design of the facilities we can also assist with obtaining planning permission, and support the Clubs in their funding applications.”
