Rams borrow Lions keeper- and give him an immediate debut

Ramsgate yesterday signed Millwall keeper Dillon Addai on a short term loan, and he immediately got off to a winning start as his new club defeated Herne Bay. 

Dillon played youth and Under 18 football for Leicester City, and then in the summer of 2023 decided that he preferred being a lion to a fox, and signed on at Millwall, where he has been playing for the Under 21 side. He was with Leicester for two years, and indeed played in twelve of their Under 18 sides Premier League fixtures last season, as well as in both of their Youth Cup ties, and made his own decision to depart. 

Last season saw him spend a brief spell on loan at Erith and Belvedere, playing ten times, and another at Hayes and Yeading United, then in the Pitching In Southern League. He made eight appearances for the latter.
