Ricardo the Wasp

East Grinstead Town have announced the return to the club of Ricardo Thompson.

Ricardo was with Sevenoaks Town last season, making twenty eight appearances. He joined Oaks after playing in our Premier Division for Corinthian-Casuals, making fifty appearances during the 21-22 campaign and forty more during 22-23.

Prior to his time with Casuals he was a mainstay of the Whyteleafe side in our South Division. He made thirty eight appearances during 2018-19, had made thirty three more before the pandemic brought the following season to an end, and played ten times during the 20-21 campaign, what there was of it, and of course that was the last season for Leafe in that particular form.

He was with the Wasps for part of the 16-17 and 17-18 seasons.
